John arrived the same day to replace a Yale lock that was giving problems. He explained that he could repair it and that this would work but we decided to replace the lock with a new version. Very pleased with the prompt, efficient and courteous service. We'll definitely ask him again when locks go wrong!
Brilliant job
John turned up at the agreed time and was very polite and knowledgeable of the jobs that needed to be done. He used a dust sheet to protect my bedroom carpet, so that showed respect. He was able to do all the repairs without having to order any new parts. I am very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend him as a tradesman.
